In the region of Puglia, masserias are farmhouses, and many new has been transformed into restaurants and hotels. Executive Chef Pino Coladonato is the executive chef of la Masseria Dei Vini, he is native of Rutigliano (Bari), he has created a menu that blends traditional with modern without overpowering one or the other. The menu features tasty dishes from Puglia, with fish, shellfish and a lot of fresh homemade pastas. The menu offers also a gourmet pizza Neapolitan style from a Ferrara wood-burning pizza oven and also as the name of the restaurant suggest there is an extensive selection of wines mainly from Italy.
