Brindiamo! To A Tasteful Apulia Region

On October 25th 2018 I had the pleasure to film a new episode of “Brindiamo! To A Tasteful Apulia Region from one of the finest Italian restaurant in New York City, La Masseria Dei Vini, featuring four fantastic chefs from the region of Apulia.

Executive Chef Pino Coladonato from La Masseria Dei Vini, Executive chef Alessandro Pendinelli, from Al Vicoletto, Executive chef Max Convertini from Cardoncello DiVino and pastry chef Mauro Abignente at Al Vicoletto.

The show is entirely dedicated to Puglia and its flavorsome grapes and traditional recipes using typical and autochthonous wines from this amazing region of Italy.

Italian wine enthusiasts will hardly resist to the smooth and silky notes of Apulian rosés: over 27 native “pink nectar” grapes push Puglia on top of Italy’s producers, with varieties like Negroamaro, Bombino and Primitivo. Their persistent acidity, intense fragrance, fruity and flowery bouquet make our rosés versatile and elegant, as confirmed by top-notch international sommeliers.

Following the filming of the new episode, “Puglia in Rosé” Association, Brand Ambassador of rosé wines, Made in Puglia excellence, and the regional tourism board Pugliapromozione hosted a the Domenico Vacca Club a successful Press Conference announcing the new initiative dedicated to Apulian wines and the upcoming SHOW of Brindiamo!
