Chef Raffaele Ronca, winner of the Food Network Series Chopped in 2016, and his business partner Romeo Palmisano do their best to provide every customer with a warm and friendly atmosphere with food that will have you coming back again and again.
Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Raffaele Ronca comes from a family of butchers and fishermen.
He has been working in his Uncle’s restaurant in Naples and he helped his Mother making fresh pasta everyday its just natural that Raffaele developed a lifelong passion for food.
Immigrating to America at the age of 21, he worked steadily at some of New York’s most authentic Italian restaurants such as Executive Chef at Palma (Executive Chef ) Chef de Cuisine at Bellavitae and Manager of Food and Wine at Café Torino.
