The “Pasticceria Agricola Cilentana” is a family business started many years ago by nonno Pietro Macellaro, the Grandfather of Pietro.
The aromatic fragrances and the flavors are coming from a unique land situated near Salerno, all the raw materials are born from ancient grains, fruit and vegetable and they are harvested around the Monte Cervati and cultivated in orchards by organic techniques of cultivation.
Pietro Macellaro is always looking for unusual and unique combinations and he is always searching for the high-quality product and he likes to rediscovery ancient flavors.
The success is his ability to listen to the land and creating products that are real works of art: a triumph of fragrances, with colors and a lot of flavors.
Pietro Macellaro won many awards among them TRE TORTE ( 2015/16/17 Gambero Rosso) two silver at the International Chocolate awards 2016 and a well-deserved gold for his “Unflavoured dark chocolate ganache”.
