Chef Bruno Milone was born in the region of Apulia and he moved to New York many years ago, where he pursued his dream to become a chef.
He studies Hotel & Restaurant Management at “Armando Perotti” School in Italy and during his period of work in Italy he received many certification and awards for his great work.
From 2003 to 2011 he has been Executive Chef at Marco Polo Restaurant Brooklyn NY where he also receives for 7 consecutive years the American Academy of Hospitality Science Five Star Diamond Award.
Chef Bruno Milone is now a personal chef as well as consulting chef.
