As for wine service, we exclusively use elegant stemware by Stolze because there are few things more disappointing to a wine lover than drinking a great wine from a lesser quality glass.

At Sardinia Enoteca, maintaining the correct wine temperature is an obsession. Our wine collection is stored in a temperature-controlled cellar so that the wines, especially aged and rare vintages, are well preserved.
