Relais Villa d’Amelia – Italy

Relais Villa d’Amelia ( Small Luxury Hotel) was born from the masterly renovation of the nineteenth-century Cascina Bonelli, the Relais is located in town of Benevello the heart of Piedmont, in the Langhe area, not to far from the town of Alba (famous for aromatic truffles).

The hotel is extremely chic and warm with a fabulous landscape surrounding the estate.

The hotel also features an exclusive restaurant ” Villa d’Amelia” Ristorante (awarded with 1 Michelin star  from the renowned and prestigious “Michelin Guide”) the executive is Chef Damiano Nigro, Chef Nigro prepares specialties from the region of Piedmont with a modern reinterpretations.

I had the pleasure to visit and film this restaurant in 2012.
