The Martin spouses are originally from Mirano, a country on the mainland located a few kilometers from Venice. Mara has learned since childhood the secrets of the art of cooking from her grandmother, an eccentric chef from Mirano. His precious teachings, the innate sensitivity of Mara in combining unusual flavors, Maurizio’s hospitable style in creating a friendly and friendly family atmosphere, the passion of both spouses for the art of receiving are the traits that characterize the success of the Flower restaurant. I had the pleasure to meet the Martin’s family during a great event in New York where Mara cooked some traditional Venetian recipes with a twist, I cannot wait to visit them in Venezia
