Our extensive, carefully curated wine list features a great variety of Italian wines, including some of the most prestigious producers, such as Ornellaia and Sassicaia- all served by the glass.
The list is divided into four main categories according to taste and intensity: Bright & Lively; Clean & Earthy; Smooth & Velvety; Big & Luscious.
A different kind of dining experience: Dishes are presented as small, medium, and large portions to encourage food and wine pairings.
A small is a small bite expressed in a unique way, a medium is a standard individual portion, and a large is a double portion- perfect for family style dining.
All wines are complimented by an extraordinary twist on traditional Italian flavors created by our talented and energetic Executive Chef Massimiliano Eandi, whose prior experience includes the following Michelin-rated restaurants: Combal.Zero, Gordon Ramsay London, and Arbutus.
