At the heart of Ristorante La Perla is a core lunch and dinner menu developed by Chef Vittorio Testa.
The menu is based on Italian recipes that he has developed over the past 50 years. Emphasis is placed on simple, high quality, fresh ingredients and traditional Italian cooking methods.
Fresh pasta is made in-house daily, and dried pasta is imported from Italy.
All meals are made at the time of ordering and are complemented by a selection of handmade bread baked according to traditional methods.
We also have a wide range fresh desserts that include cakes, in-house made gelato, in-house made cannoli, pies and monthly dessert specials.
La Perla prides itself on its wine list and ability to match any meal with the perfect Italian red wine, Italian white wine, American red wine, American white wine or our World variety.
