Dopo La Spiaggia means “After the Beach” in Italian.
Chef and co-owner Maurizio Marfoglia together with restaurateurs Maria and Larry Baum are bringing more fine and authentic Italian dining in the fashionable East Hampton.
The restaurants open its door in October 2016 and since then has been a great success.
Dopo La Spiaggia feature s 136 seats as well as an outdoor seating area, (to make you feel in Italy) an indoor fireplace, and a full bar.
Chef Marfoglia’s is adding new specialty on the menù and you can still find some of his signature dishes from the “Dopo La Spiaggia in Sag Harbor. The delectable dishes featured on Maurizio Marfoglia’s current menu include Cavolini (shaved Brussels sprout Caesar with toasted pine nuts), Crudo (fresh-off-the-boat scallop with caviar, sea beans and lemon), Tagliolini (Bay scallops, shrimp, calamari, imported Calabrian chilies and tomato) and Ippoglosso (pan-seared halibut, faro, purple kale and chanterelle mushrooms).
