Coco Pazzo – Chicago – USA

IT ALL BEGAN WITH COCO PAZZO

In 1992, Jack Weiss opened the doors of Coco Pazzo and introduced Chicago to the straightforward seasonal cuisine of Tuscany. Since then, business professionals, celebrities, politicians and those just wanting to share a special occasion with friends or family have returned to Coco Pazzo for a memorable fine dining experience. Located in a 100-year-old loft building, timber beams, brick walls, and rich cypress floors are warmed with blue velvet drapes that create a rustic yet urban atmosphere.

In 1996, Jack introduced Coco Pazzo’s informal cousin, Coco Pazzo Cafe, to the Streeterville neighborhood. Lively and vibrant with a casual Tuscan menu, Coco Pazzo Cafe remained at the same location for twenty years. In January of 2017, Jack merged Coco Pazzo Cafe with his Roman-inspired restaurant, Tre Soldi, and moved the Cafe around the corner. Today, Coco Pazzo Cafe combines the familiar with the fabulous. The menu features time-honored Tuscan favorites alongside Roman-inspired dishes, including a variety of ultra-thin crusted pizzas. The relaxed atmosphere is complemented by beautiful Modigliani style murals that line the walls. And when weather permits, guests can enjoy the warmth of the season while they dine alfresco.
