Cellini restaurant opened its doors in 1994 under the leadership of Dino Arpaia. Dino Arpaia was raised in the regione of Apulia, Italy where he spent a lot quality time in the kitchen with his mother, grandmother and many aunts, learning since very young age the craft of Italian cuisine.
He moved to New York in the late 1970s and in 1978 his culinary training official began with his father Raffaele at his very first restaurant, “La Tavernetta”.

We instill a passion for food by incorporating the freshest seasonal products and carefully selecting ingredients that bring out the genuine flavors of traditional classical Italian cooking.” chef Arpaia said.
