About 3 years ago Chef Marco Pellegrini moved from his homeland (Abruzzo) to start his American dream right here in North Fork, Long island.

He is the executive chef at “Caci North Fork” as well the wine director and co-owner

In 2016 Caci North Fork was awarded by  WINE SPECTATOR for restaurant award.
