Briciola – New York – USA
Briciola is another fine restaurant of Chef Roberto Passon and his wife Tanya Passon. The restaurant has a comfortable feeling and the design is very simple and clean, the wines are nestled in the wall creating a nice effect. Briciola serves various types of pasta and mainly Cicchetti (small plates) of charcuterie and salads. When you look at the menù you will notice that the price are all the same no matter what you eat, is a way for Roberto to let you try anything you want without think ” I will have that dish because I can save some money”. Just order anything you like and Buon Appetito. Roberto was born in Friuli Venezia Giulia a region located in the northeast of Italy and his adventure in New York has been a pure dream.
