Established in 2007,  Bacaro has been serving the lower east side for over 10 years.

Bacari are Venice’s working man’s pub usually hidden down back streets. Long wooden tables and benches, exposed brick walls, rough-hewn slate floors and candlelight make for the perfect atmosphere for lingering conversation.

Hidden away on Division Street, a quiet block that curves off of Orchard, Bacaro transports you to another time and place—when you walk in, you feel like you are in Italy, not New York City. Only the bartender’s accent gives it away…
