Catia and Mauro open the “Uliassi” restaurant in 1990.  

Uliassi restaurant is a 2 Michelin star restaurant located in the town of  Senigallia in the region of Marche. The restaurant is by the sea, and fish is the main ingredient at the restaurant, the restaurant is located between the canal port and the beach.

Uliassi is a place full of energy.

I had the pleasure to meet and cook with chef Mauro Uliassi during a fantastic event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and I love his humble personality.
