Moren Cedroni was born in Ancona in 1964.
In 1984 opens his first restaurant La Madonnina del Pescatore and receives his first Michelin star in 1996. His career continues to grow through the years. In 2000, the Clandestino Susci Bar opens in the bay of Portonovo in Ancona. In 2001 he released his first book Sushi & Sushi, published by the Culinary library. In 2002 he created solid cocktails for Martini & Rossi with the publication of the book Martini solids. From 2003 to 2005 he held the role of Italian President JRE. In January 2004 he presents the new book, Multiple di ventis, where the first twenty years of his career are told. In November 2006 the second Michelin star. October 2008 he was the winner of the Swedish Kungsfenan Seafood Awards for mastery and technique in handling raw materials, creativity and the ability to blend tradition and innovation in his kitchen. In 2012 The wall street journal included the Madonnina del Pescatore among the best 10 fish restaurants in Europe and in 2014 he became Ambassador for the 2015 Expo.
